My Take:
As I typed that "My Take" I stopped and pondered should in this case it be "Our Take". I say that because this lock didn't stop in my hands, as I figured it probably wouldn't. I received a WordLock Cable Lock for my review and I had it just long enough to take off the pre-set code and set it to my own secret code, teeheehee! I then passed it to my son and husband to "figure out" just what code mommy had up her sleeve.  I decided to be sneaky and use a somewhat made-up word so to speak.  I figured it might be too easy for them if I used a simple word like "book" or "tree". Since they did eventually figure it out, and we've since changed the word again, I can share it on here.  My word was "whap". It was almost like a toy for us all to start with, we all took turns changing the lock code and trying to figure out what the other person used for a word.  Knowing each others habits and such some were pretty easy to figure out.  Once all the fun was over then it was "dibs" time.  This is when we discuss who ends up with the product I got to review.  Of course I knew my son would be all over this one, he LOVES locks and likes to chain things up.  Well, unfortunately for him daddy has the trump card because he doesn't get review goodies very often. Once my husband saw and felt just how secure and strong the lock cable was he knew just what he wanted to use it for. He tried to explain to me just what it meant that it was made of  So when all was said and done daddy ended up with the WordLock and little man was promised something else at a later date.
